Leading Progress' Founder, Richard Dent OAM FAICD, is an acknowledged expert in leadership and in leadership development. Richard undertook the Williamson Community Leadership Program in 2004, was a Board Member of Leadership Gippsland, CEO of Leadership Victoria 2012-2019 and Chair of the international Leadership Network 2017-2021. He undertook Harvard's renowned "Art and Practice of Leadership Development" in 2012, and is a current member of the international Adaptive Leadership Network, as well as Adjunct Faculty at University of NSW, Associate of Australian Rural Leadership Foundation, Tasmanian Leaders, and Leadership New Zealand.
